Rona Welsh-Fromager

Rona has a vision to help people tune into their body, mind & spirit, so people can intuitively know how they can live their best and healthiest life. Being located on this unique property with the Horses provides a serene setting to begin the process of healing in body, mind & spirit. Rona graduated with a Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree, and was restless in the Education field for the past 15 years, and she started taking courses and learning more about the Human Body. She became CanFit Pro certified, completed her 200hr Yoga teacher certification, became a Egoscue Postural Alignment Specialist as well as an Equine Assisted Learning facilitator. At first the stars aligned to complete 6 months of intense schooling for an osteopath but then family matters took priority, so she leaned into offering the Seqex mats. Always being a health focused person, she has enjoyed finding unique ways to help support healing. Since attending a full immersion training in Italy in the Spring & Fall of 2024 to learn more about Seqex and the ability to help heal just by using frequencies. Rona has moved full speed ahead adding several more devices such as the B-Pulse chair, Near Infraread Light and the Ondamed to help support healing in their body. All by using frequencies! It is always beautiful to witness what each person receives from their experience while here at The Wellness Farm. People come for a specific reason, but end of leaving with what they truly needed.
