I am a Registered Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal and Sports Injuries from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. With 7 years of experience in diverse clinical and hospital settings, I bring a balanced, patient-focused approach to care. I am skilled in manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion rehabilitation, taping, and cupping, combining hands-on techniques with targeted exercise-based therapy to support long-term recovery. I am also a Level 1 Pelvic Physiotherapist, trained to treat conditions such as pelvic pain, postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction etc. Committed to lifelong learning, I continuously update my practice with the latest evidence-based techniques. My treatment philosophy is built on five core pillars: thorough assessment, hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise programming, functional training, and empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery.
