Meet Andrew Pocrnic, Registered Kinesiologist Andrew is a Registered Kinesiologist with a BA Honours in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, specializing in Sport Psychology. A former professional football player with experience in both the CFL and overseas, Andrew brings a high-performance athletic lens to his practice, blending science-based rehabilitation with real-world experience. Certified with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and as a CSEP-CPT, Andrew works with a wide range of clients—from high school and junior athletes to Team BC representatives and elite hockey players. He also supports individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents (ICBC) or workplace injuries (WCB), as well as those striving to integrate fitness into their daily lives. Andrew takes a personalized, movement-based approach focused on functional recovery, autonomy, and long-term performance. During initial kinesiology session, you'll meet with a kinesiologist to discuss your health history, concerns, and goals. The kinesiologist will assess your movement, strength, flexibility, and posture. Based on the assessment, they'll create a personalized plan with exercises, stretches, and lifestyle recommendations to improve your physical well-being.
