I graduated Lakeside School of Massage (Wisconsin) in 2003. I guess that I was a "cheese-head" LOL. I have a passion for helping others feel their best. I provide Swedish, deep tissue & trigger point massage as well as various other techniques. (Coming soon Bamboo Fusion 8/20/24). I have been providing medical massage at Chiropractic offices for the past 10 years prior to starting with Massage by Ashleigh. My husband & I moved to SWFL in 2018. My other passions are rescuing dogs, swimming with dolphins and vacations in the Caribbean. The other members of my family are 3 rescued Catahoula Leopard dogs and my granddog, a Golden Retriever.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
