Sonya graduated from the 2200hr massage and hydrotherapy program at ICT Northumberland college and has been practicing massage therapy for ten years. When she is not busy helping clients reach their wellness goals, she can be found with her nose in a book, a paint brush in her hand or on the back of a horse. Sonya has experience treating a wide range of conditions using many different treatment techniques. Some of these techniques include myofascial release, Suikodo, cupping, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage. She is a member of MTANS and welcomes both new and returning clients to her table.
First treatments must be one hour because your first assessment is part of the hour, depending on your situation this can be short or long. Assessment helps you and your practitioner to understand the risks and benefits of treatment and ensure you get the most benefit out of your current and future treatments.
