Born and raised in the picturesque town of Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, Dr. Russell brings a profound connection to the local community and a passion for holistic well-being. Graduating from Baldwin High School in Wailuku, Hawaii, in 2002 marked the beginning of Dr. Russell’s journey. Seeking higher education, she ventured beyond the island, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, in 2007. Following her commitment to comprehensive health, she expanded her expertise by graduating from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2008, specializing in fascial distortion and dysfunction over the past 13 years. Dr. Russell’s dedication to promoting wellness reached new heights as she obtained her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas, Texas, in August 2023. With a blend of chiropractic proficiency and extensive massage therapy experience, she is poised to lead Mālama Integrative Wellness and Chiropractic towards providing unparalleled care. Guided by traditional Hawaiian values instilled during her upbringing, Dr. Russell is thrilled to fulfill her long-standing intention of returning home to serve her community and its people.
