Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a light, rhythmic therapy designed to support the body's natural detoxification and healing processes. By encouraging the movement of lymph fluid, this treatment helps reduce swelling, improve circulation, and restore balance. MLD is especially beneficial for immune health as well as after surgery--including cosmetic and plastic procedures--helping to decrease inflammation, minimize fluid retention, and support an accelerated, smoother, and more comfortable recovery.
