Erich earned his Associates Degree in massage therapy, with honors, at the College of southern Maryland. Erich incorporates techniques taken from Deep Tissue Massage (pressure adjusted to suit your tolerance), Myofascial Release, Sports Massage and Swedish ( relaxation) with the intention of creating an integrated massage that encourages your body to find balance. We are delighted to have Erich and his dedication to providing a unique massage experience on the Wellness Team.
Relaxation/Therapeutic Massage helps relieve pain and reduce the effects of stress. Your massage therapist will work on specific problem areas such as low back shoulders, neck and more. The pressure will be adjusted to your needs in each session and aims for a curative, and relaxing effect on your body and mind.
