Hayley graduated from the 3000-hour registered massage therapy program at Victoria BC’s West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2014. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick (CMTNB), and is a member of the Association of New Brunswick Massage Therapists (ANBMT). She believes that effective massage therapy treatments start with a detailed understanding of anatomy and physiology. Hayley is committed to ongoing professional growth by staying up to date on current research and standards of practice, both through continuing education courses and self study. Her treatments incorporate Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and muscle energy technique. Hayley emphasizes the importance of thorough assessment, attention to detail, communication, informed consent and trauma informed care. She tailors the modalities used, treatment plan, and massage pressure to best suit an individual. She treats a wide variety of conditions, and clients of all ages. Striving to provide tools to increase health and wellness, she educates clients on therapeutic exercise, hydrotherapy, and other home care modalities. Born and raised in Victoria BC, Hayley is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys hiking, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her sweet daughter and her dog. Hayley’s practice is open and she is excited to accept new clients.
Treatment time includes: health history intake, assessment, hands on treatment, reassessment and home care instructions.
