That is why I tailor each bodywork session to the particular needs of each client ... as they are, on the day of their session. I work with my clients - I don't do my work to them. I offer Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Zero Balancing, Healing from the Core, Insight Acupressure, Ear Seeds, some OrthoBionomy, Reiki, and Therapeutic Massage services. Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart to facilitate healing, reduce swelling, speed recovery from surgery (e.g. joint replacement, breast surgery, c-section, liposuction), promote relaxation, ease headaches and sinus pressure, facilitate concussion recovery and more. Please wear/bring shorts and a sleeveless shirt.
