Lina holds a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. She has experience across private practice, acute care, and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, supporting individuals recovering from sports injuries, orthopaedic surgeries, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury. This breadth allows her to confidently guide clients through all stages of recovery. Lina’s approach is collaborative and individualized. Drawing from her background in Pilates, yoga, strength training, and sport, she creates treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, strengths, and lifestyle - making care both effective and sustainable. She is passionate about helping people move from pain and uncertainty to strength and independence, whether that means improving everyday movement or returning to high-performance activity.
