Julie Paul Physiotherapy
Julie is passionate about empowering patients to move their bodies and return to the activities they enjoy. Her main practice tool is using functional neurology, which uses muscle testing to “map out” compensation patterns from old injuries, and manual therapy techniques to “reset” muscle reflexes. Once the muscle reflexes are normalized, the brain understands that the injury is no longer happening. Muscles and tissues can relax, which results in less pain, tightness, and joint issues. It then becomes easier to perform mobility and strength exercises to work towards movement and activity goals.
