Zahra specialised in Obstetrics-Gynaecology during her studies and had training for pelvic ultrasound, and basic and advanced laparoscopic surgery. She was motivated to take up her field due to personal experiences with poor diet and lifestyle as well as having gone through surgery and medications. After her 19 years of Ob-Gyn experience in Iran, she moved to Canada in 2015. She studied Naturopathic Medicine in the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in 2017 to include herbal and traditional Asian medicines, nutrition, lifestyle and nutraceuticals in her repertoire. Zahra finds great joy in helping her patients, especially women, resolve their health issues with her expertise in both medical and naturopathic contexts. Her patients range from children, teenagers going through puberty, and women dealing with age-related concerns such as cardiovascular disease and menopause. The best moments in her life are family gatherings, being in nature and when her patients are happy, healthy and satisfied.
