WORKS AT OUR TORONTO LOCATION Languages: English and Chinese (Cantonese) Populations treated: Adults & Seniors 65+ Dr. Vivian Liang ND R.Ac (she/her), is a dual-licensed naturopathic doctor and registered acupuncturist at the Center for Health Innovation, at the Toronto location. As a naturopathic doctor, Dr. Vivian has an exclusive clinical focus on supportive cancer care. She uses an evidence-based approach to individualized naturopathic oncology care. Her goal is to support each person along their cancer journey, be it through precancerous conditions, a previous history of cancer, or a family history of cancer. Dr. Vivian encourages a collaborative environment with her patients’ medical team. Dr. Vivian’s clinical approach is rooted in the philosophy of empowering individuals with high-quality evidence to support their cancer journey through nutrition, herbal medicine, physical activity, and supplementation. She has been involved in, co-authored, and presented integrative oncology research. She has been awarded for her research in acupuncture for chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy and has published in multiple medical journals. Dr. Vivian is an alumna of the University of Toronto and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She is a member of the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians (OncANP), Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She is passionate and committed to providing inclusive healthcare and addressing healthcare inequities in our profession.
