Rozina is a registered physiotherapist and holds her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (2013) from Dr. NTRUHS University in India and has advanced certifications in pelvic health. Her clinical experience spans both orthopedic and pelvic health care, allowing her to support patients with a wide range of needs. Rooted in evidence-based practice, Rozina is committed to helping individuals regain comfort, confidence, and control of their well-being. Having personally navigated pelvic health challenges, as well as pregnancy and postpartum recovery, she brings a deep level of empathy and understanding to her work. She believes strongly in the meaningful impact pelvic physiotherapy can have on a woman’s life and has pursued additional training in pelvic and prenatal care to better support her patients. In addition to pelvic health, Rozina treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, arthritis, and postural concerns. By integrating pelvic health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, she takes a whole-body approach to care, addressing the interconnected factors that contribute to pain and dysfunction. Rozina takes a holistic, patient-centered approach—listening closely, addressing concerns with compassion, and developing individualized treatment plans that are clear, practical, and collaborative. She emphasizes education, exercise prescription, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities to support recovery, empowering patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation and return to the activities that matter most to them. She provides care in English, as well as several South Asian languages, including Hindi, Telugu, and Gujarati, helping make physiotherapy accessible to a diverse community. Outside the clinic, Rozina enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
