Dr. Katie Thomson Aitken is a naturopathic doctor with a focus on mental health and brain function. Her early experiences with anxiety and chronic digestive symptoms led her to pursue naturopathic medicine and shaped her approach to care. She completed her naturopathic training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after earning a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Guelph. Since graduating, she has pursued continuing education in mental health, hormones, and prescribing to support a comprehensive approach to care. Dr. Katie focuses on understanding how different systems in the body interact, with the goal of addressing root causes while helping patients build sustainable routines that support their energy, mood, and overall well-being.
