Nicole is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) committed to helping clients move and feel their best. A graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, they take an evidence-based approach to treatment, focusing on restoring function, relieving pain, and promoting overall well-being. Before becoming an RMT, Nicole studied sociology at York University, always keeping massage therapy in the back of their mind but never pursuing it at the time. Their journey took a new direction when they discovered Muay Thai—a sport that sparked a deep fascination with movement, recovery, and injury prevention. This passion ultimately led them to pursue massage therapy. After working in telecommunications, the onset of COVID provided the push they needed to take a leap of faith into the profession, and they haven’t looked back since. With expertise in deep tissue massage, Swedish techniques, pre/post-natal care, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, Nicole tailors each treatment to meet the unique needs of every client. Their added experience as a Muay Thai practitioner and instructor ensures a well-rounded approach to care. Whether clients are looking to ease tension, recover from an injury, or improve mobility, Nicole is dedicated to helping them achieve their wellness goals. Outside of the clinic, they continue to train and teach Muay Thai and enjoy walking their Samoyed dog, embracing an active lifestyle that deepens their understanding of movement and well-being.

A gentle, full-body treatment designed to reduce stress and promote overall relaxation. Light to moderate pressure is applied to enhance circulation, ease muscle tension, and calm the nervous system, leaving you feeling rested and balanced.
