Mai graduated from the Medical Arts Massage School in 2002, and earned her certification as a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (#5638) after 20 years in the customer service field. She joined the massage therapy field with the goal of helping others discover personal health and wellness. Mai has a passion for learning new massage techniques through her yearly continued education. Her specialties are Trigger Point & Deep Tissue Modalities. Mai understands that the needs of all of her patients are different, though many are athletes with chronic patterns of muscular pain. Mai gets to know each of her patients on an individual basis so she can determine which massage techniques will best meet their needs.
Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
Lymphatic Drainage
