Alex graduated from University of Alberta in 2005 with a BScPT. Since then Alex has worked in private practice treating patients with a variety of injuries, including sports-related injuries, MVA, chronic pain and post-surgical to name a few. Alex has taken many post-graduate courses including Gunn IMS, Acupuncture, SFMA, manual therapy, Soft tissue mobilization, and running injuries and prevention. Her special interests lie in sports-related injuries but really just loves helping people reach their goals whatever they may be. A former University basketball player and 5-time Ironman finisher Alex loves staying active and training for events. Now being a mom, she loves spending her time outside of work being active with her daughter and husband.
