Dr. McIntyre is a native of the Finger Lakes, having grown up in Canandaigua. He studied philosophy, literature, and history in addition to the basic sciences as an undergraduate. He received his doctorate from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls and was a Dean’s List Student for the entirety of his time there and was a member of the national chiropractic Honor’s Society Phi Chi Omega. In addition he was awarded the Dean’s List for Achievement of excellent scores one parts 1-3 on the national board exams. Prior to becoming a chiropractor he was a personal trainer and nutritional coach for fifteen years and incorporates this experience in to treatment plans for his patients, giving them resources to take an active role in promoting their own health and well-being. He also has studied various soft-tissue massage techniques and utilizes those in treatment plans as well. His vision is to deliver ethical, compassionate and patient-centered care to his patients which he does by treating the individual in a holistic manner. He is always striving to acquire new knowledge that can be of assistance to those in his care. His dedication to understanding the complexity of the human being as a whole informs his practice as a health care provider. In his free time he enjoys, reading, playing guitar and piano, cultivating plants, and exercising.
This is for new patients that have never been to the office before. This visit includes a patient history interview, a non-invasive examination, and treatment.
