From a very young age, I knew I wanted to help people. I just didn’t know exactly how. My journey as a therapist began in 2009 at a school of alternative medicine in Montreal, where I graduated as a Natural Health Consultant (NHC). I continued to explore different holistic approaches, completing training in Reflexology, all three levels of Reiki, and Acupressure. My path then naturally led me to massage therapy. In 2012, I completed my Swedish Massage training at the Guijek Institute of Integral Health in Montreal. After several years working in spas as a massage therapist, I realized I was looking for something deeper. I wanted to build longer-term relationships with my clients, understand the root of their concerns, and support them throughout their healing journey. Traditional Chinese Medicine continued to call me. In 2015, I completed my Shiatsu Massage training at the Kiné-concept Institute, deepening my understanding of Eastern medicine and its holistic approach to health. Eventually, my body told me that massage was no longer sustainable for me physically. Rather than stepping away from healthcare, I decided to focus on what truly inspired me: finding a way to help people while continuing to work within the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The answer became clear — **acupuncture** In 2017, I began my acupuncture training at Collège de Rosemont in Montreal. After three years of intensive study, I moved to the Gaspé region, where I began my career as a Registered Acupuncturist. There, I also developed a deep love for the outdoors and the connection between nature, movement, and well-being. Over the years, I have continued to expand my professional education, completing additional training in **anxiety, insomnia, depression, chronic pain, fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care**. I am particularly passionate about supporting women through the different stages of their reproductive journey. Since 2021, I have also been working as a **doula**, complementing my acupuncture practice with **professional training focused on fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum support**. Being able to support families through such an important and transformative chapter of their lives has become a deeply meaningful part of my work. In the summer of 2022, I left Gaspé to cycle across Canada and began a more nomadic chapter of my life. Along the way, I worked in different regions of Quebec, providing acupuncture care and substituting for other practitioners. Each experience allowed me to learn from different therapists, patients, and communities while continuing to develop and refine my own approach to care. I then took a sabbatical year to slow down, recharge, and explore Canada by road. One of the places that left the strongest impression on me was Revelstoke. I spent the winter of 2025 skiing, exploring the mountains, and falling in love with the community and its way of life. And now, here I am since October 2025. I am grateful to be in Revelstoke and to have the opportunity to support people on their own wellness journeys. Whether you are looking for acupuncture, support through pregnancy and postpartum, or simply a moment to reconnect with yourself, my intention is to offer compassionate, individualized care that considers the whole person. Body. Mind. Spirit. This is at the heart of how I practice and how I accompany each person I have the privilege of working with.
