Direct billing available for most insurance providers. 250-306-8854 [email protected] I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in November 2024. I have completed the Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM) seminar with Dr. Vizniak and am incorporating these techniques into my hands-on work. I combine movement, fascial techniques, and deep tissue work with traditional Swedish massage to support my clients’ overall wellness journey. Prior to massage therapy training I graduated from the Therapist Assistant Diploma program at Okanagan College and worked as a recreation assistant and rehabilitation assistant in long term and assisted living settings. At home I am a lover of animals, big and small, and enjoy spending time with my family. I am honored to be offering health and wellness services in the form of manual therapy to enhance healing and quality of life. Please Email me if you have any questions.
