Hello! I am Dr. Liscio. I’m passionate about helping patients improve their health through personalized, root-cause focused care. My clinical interests include **metabolic health, weight management, insulin resistance, cholesterol and blood pressure support**, as well as **digestive health and chronic disease management.** I also have extensive **experience treating skin concerns such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, perioral dermatitis, and healthy aging** from a holistic and evidence-based perspective. In addition, I completed a two-year residency focused on **Lyme disease and complex chronic illness,** including **autoimmune conditions.** My approach combines evidence-based medicine with individualized treatment plans that consider nutrition, lifestyle, environment, and each patient’s unique health story. I strive to create a supportive space where patients feel heard, empowered, and actively involved in their care.

(Note that Acupuncture with an ND is billable to your ND benefits and not your Acupuncture benefits).

Start your journey toward optimal health! Your first visit is a 60-minutes in length and involves a comprehensive intake where we want to hear about all your health concerns, your medical history and your health goals. Upon completion of our initial visit, your ND will customize a treatment plan that is tailored to you in order to optimize your health.
