Hello, my name is Misato. I provide therapeutic and relaxing massage sessions designed to support each clients comfort, well-being, and pain management needs. I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (CMLDT certified), Prenatal, and Buccal Facial Massage. Each session is tailored to the clients condition and goalswhether thats reducing muscle tension, supporting recovery, improving circulation, or simply allowing the body and mind to relax. Through my practice, Ive learned that massage plays an important role in relieving pain and restoring balance. I believe in a calm, attentive, and respectful approach that helps clients feel safe, cared for, and more connected to their own body. I continue to expand my skills through ongoing education, exploring how bodywork can support holistic wellness and complement other healing practices. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where each session encourages natural healing and a sense of ease. Each massage session is tailored to the needs of the client. Therapeutic massage combines Swedish, deep and sports massage techniques to best meet the client's needs. Whether it is focusing on relaxation or a targeted area of tension, your massage therapist will spend a few minutes at the beginning of the session speaking with you to determine the best methods to use during the session. Depending on the client's needs, heat may be used on certain areas to ease tension.
