Dr. Laginski received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, an Honours B.Sc in Biology/Psychology from Queen’s University and holds certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture and Active Release Techniques. She has a special interest in sports injury utilizing a complement of chiropractic care including ART, acupuncture and modalities along with a progressive rehabilitation program to bring the athlete back to optimal performance. She is currently the chiropractor for the Ottawa Charge and enjoying working with the incredible group of athletes. She also promotes the importance of injury prevention using functional outcome measures to detect muscular weakness before injury occurs.
