Originally from Grande Prairie, Kirsten was drawn to Calgary for the mountains and it’s active lifestyle opportunities. Kirsten is a recent graduate of the Alberta College of Massage Therapy here in Calgary and has a huge passion for helping others around her. Another passion of Kirsten’s is how the human body works and educating others on theirs and their health. Migraines - As a chronic migraine sufferer herself, she understand the importance of staying on top of care to help eliminate or minimize the occurrence of frequent migraines and loves to be able to help other people do the same for their migraines Cupping Therapy - As a massage therapist with a focus on cupping therapy, I offer a holistic approach to wellness. Cupping helps relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and myofascial release by creating a gentle suction on the skin. I tailor each session to meet your specific needs, whether you’re looking for pain relief or simply a moment of relaxation. My goal is to provide a healing experience that leaves you feeling balanced, rejuvenated, and cared for.
