About Me - I was born in Hayfield, MN as the oldest of 4 siblings to parents who are both teachers. My younger years were all learn and play; with play including high school sports of football, basketball and baseball, with football continuing in college. The accumulation of sports trauma eventually lead me to a local chiropractor, which helped me to resolve injury and perform at a high level. My parents always thought that one of the kids would be in education. Even though I never thought of myself being an educator in the classic sense, I find that a lot of my current practice involves teaching. My goal on each visit is to address what ails you, have you feeling and performing better; and also learning about what is giving you trouble and how to keep it from happening again. Today, I continue my movement practice by chasing around our two-year old son and our chocolate lab ‘Louie’, by being in the weight room and by playing various sports. In my free time you can find me in the in the kitchen trying to replicate a family recipe. Treatment is typically administered on the 1st visit, unless it is determined the presenting condition is a contraindication to care. Price varies with the use of insurance and the associated benefit plan. Non-insurance pricing is $144 for New Patients. By scheduling this appointment you are agreeing to/acknowledging the 12-hour cancelation policy. If an appointment is cancelled within 12 hours of the start time, you will be charged 50% of the total cost. If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the full cost of treatment.
