With 17 years of experience as a RMT Karen has refined her skills by continuing her education throughout her career. She has recently completed a Osteopathy program which has taut her tools such as: Craniosacral therapy for stress and calming the nervous system, sinus issues, headache and insomnia. Facial massage (including oral treatment) for TMJ issues, facial lifting, puffy face. VISCERAL manipulation for GERD, gut health and more. She loves to incorporate these techniques into her Massage Therapy Treatments, and helping her client on all levels.
