Ashlin is an RMT student and bodyworker with a passion for helping people feel more at ease in their bodies. With a background in personal training, she brings a strong foundation in movement, physical conditioning, and an appreciation for how the body adapts to stress, injury, and recovery. She recognizes that healing is rarely linear and that each person's experience is unique. Through over 500 hours of supervised clinical training, Ashlin has worked with clients experiencing a wide range of presentations, including chronic pain, postural dysfunction, hypermobility, stress-related tension, and post-injury rehabilitation. She values creating individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's goals, lifestyle, and stage of recovery. Her treatments focus on creating a calm, supportive environment where clients can relax, reduce tension, and reconnect with their bodies. She incorporates relaxation-based and fascial-informed techniques to improve body awareness, encourage comfortable movement, and support overall well-being. Ashlin believes there is real value in helping clients understand how their bodies respond to different physical demands. She enjoys providing clear, practical education that empowers clients to move with greater confidence and participate actively in their recovery. She holds a deep respect for the resilience and adaptability of the human body and considers it a privilege to support people wherever they are in their health journey. Ashlin looks forward to contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment where she can continue learning while helping clients achieve meaningful, lasting improvements.
