I strive to help you connect with your body, listen to your inner wisdom, and find healing and wellness from within. I respect each person who chooses to receive bodywork from me and consider it a gift to be a part of your personal care, growth, and healing. I've been providing compassionate bodywork since 2007. I offer Swedish/Relaxation, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Ashiatsu DeepFeet Bar Therapy, and massage for people living with cancer (oncology massage). I've had the honor of providing therapeutic bodywork for Olympic-bound athletes at the Olympic Track and Field Trials, people in hospice care, people undergoing chemotherapy, radiation, and transfusions at OHSU, and people in need of a safe, compassionate space for healing from chronic stress, pain, trauma, and PTSD. Massage
60-minutes. This relaxing, full-body and stress-reducing massage uses long, soft but firm sweeping strokes with the massage therapist's hands and forearms as well as kneading, tapping, friction, or vibration to move muscles back and forth. It's both relaxing and energizing (price includes discount for payment at time-of-service).
Reflexology
60-minutes. A deeply relaxing massage that uses finger pressure to areas on the feet, hands and ears that correspond to organs and systems of the body. It helps reduce pain and psychological symptoms, such as anxiety and depression, and enhances sleep (price includes discount for payment at time-of-service).
