Bronwen joined GRSM in September 2022. She completed her Master of Physiotherapy at Western University and her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. While at McMaster, Bronwen developed a special interest in working with athletes through volunteering as a strength and conditioning coach for varsity soccer and volleyball teams. At Western, Bronwen gained experience working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels in outpatient orthopedic environments. Bronwen’s approach to rehabilitation combines exercise, manual therapy, and education to empower her patients with the knowledge they need to achieve their goals. Her treatment philosophy involves a holistic approach where she creates an individualized treatment plan for each patient, helping them return to the activities they love. Bronwen has a special interest in treating TMJ (jaw) disorders, weightlifting injuries, and helping people to prevent injury through strength and conditioning for beginners and more advanced individuals. She is passionate about helping people to become more active! Bronwen was born and raised in Cambridge and grew up participating in gymnastics. Today, she enjoys golfing, snowboarding, rock climbing and playing volleyball and spikeball. She can also be found travelling, exploring the outdoors, and binging the latest Netflix series.
