Hello! I’m Lara Patterson. I studied Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Racine (where Lauren Rehorst and I met and worked together). I am excited to be on the team at Live Oak Health, serving to help you to realize your health goals and improve your quality of life. I look forward to meeting you! I used to teach Health classes, and enjoy working with patients interested in optimal nutrition. The body’s ability to heal itself is truly amazing, especially with gentle assistance from acupuncture and body work to help it rebalance. I find it especially gratifying to be able to help athletes return to their sports and assist people in reducing their pain and stress. I have lived in Mt Pleasant for 12 years, and in WI most of my life. I enjoy teaching skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and working and playing outside in the summer, often with my husband Paul and our 4 adult children.
If you are PAYING OUT OF POCKET OR USING YOUR INSURANCE, this option is for you. Continuing acupuncture treatment for existing patients. Also must be added on to the Initial Evaluation for new Acupuncture patients.
