Massage Therapy & Insurance Coverage: Massage therapy may be eligible for insurance reimbursement when deemed medically necessary. Patients will pay upfront at the contracted rate, and we will provide a superbill for self-submission to insurance. A prescription from a medical or chiropractic physician is required for coverage.
