Sharon combines her background as a yoga instructor with her practice as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Ontario to create treatments that are both restorative and effective. She is a graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, where she completed her formal training in massage therapy. Her treatment style is fluid, grounding, and calming, helping clients feel deeply relaxed and supported throughout each session.
