Steph graduated from Loughborough University in 2013 with an undergraduate degree in Sports Science. A year later she graduated from London Metropolitan University with a Masters in Sports Therapy before then being accepted to study a Masters in Physiotherapy at Brunel University, graduating in 2016. Throughout that time Steph was further developing an interest and expertise in sports-related injuries and concussion management, working for national and championship level rugby teams for the past 5 years. She completed her Level 3 Pre-Hospital Immediate Care in Sport qualification to support her acute injury management skills and pitchside work. Steph also enjoys the challenge of return-to-play rehabilitation, incorporating elements of strength and conditioning as well as biomechanics of movements into her Physiotherapy. Upon graduation Steph began a rotational role within the National Health Service in the UK, gaining experiencing in a range of departments before specializing in paediatric and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, demonstrating a particular interest in post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation. Steph was drawn back to Whistler having spent a winter season here in 2010 working as a ski instructor and falling in more in love with the mountains. Outside of work, Steph enjoys an active lifestyle and a range of activities including skiing, triathlon, hiking and surfing.
