My name is Adrienne, and I have been practicing massage therapy since 2004. I'm originally from Western New York, where I attended massage school and initially obtained my license. After working for a spa for several years, I linked up with a sports chiropractor who helped me become proficient in sports and deep tissue therapy while working with professional sports teams. Once I moved to Charlotte in 2010, I realized how much sports massage could be utilized in the area with how active the community was. In 2011, my friend Mike and I decided to open Carolina Sports Massage to focus on working with those clients that were looking for that type of bodywork. It's been the biggest joy to meet and work with all my clients over the years, and to learn and grow as a therapist along the way. I hope my passion in my work comes through in both my personal interaction and on the massage table.
This is still our customized deep tissue/sports massage session, with additional pillow support and pressure modifications in contraindicated areas. Please speak to your therapist beforehand about any specifics about your pregnancy, so they can approach the session accordingly.
