I am a third generation massage therapist. I have always had an interest in the functions/dysfunctions of the human body. I worked side by side with athletic trainer for years followed by work in a physical therapy office. This work is my passion and I look forward to working with you to meet your treatment goals. Whether that is rest and relaxation, injury prevention/recovery, or relief from chronic pain.
Gliding strokes using firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation. At the time of your appointment, we will discuss if you're treatment will also include deeper, pointed pressure or trigger point work and/or cupping therapy.
