Please note that all massage sessions are based on a clinical hour (total time the massage room is being used), and the hands-on time will be approximately 50 minutes for an hour session. The purpose of a Therapeutic Massage is for both the client and the Therapist to have a shared goal of achieving structural changes in the body. This is done with various massage techniques such as: Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Cross Friction Fiber, Craniosacral, TMJ, and Sports massage.
