Dr. Jacob Swonger is married to Rebecca Flake of Vernal, UT and they love to be with their five daughters and five sons. Since 2009, Dr. Swonger has helped people find relief and healing from a variety of health challenges. He is an expert in the spine, extremities and corresponding soft tissues. He has a passion for helping people heal themselves naturally. He enjoys the principles of health and happiness and applies his learning to improve the lives of the people he serves.
Initial Assessment and Treatment. (Select this visit FOR NEW PATIENTS.) This visit will likely include the combination of the examination and chiropractic adjustments, muscle lengthening, muscle strengthening, and other healing therapies to help you get your life back. Neck and/or lower back Digital X-Rays may be added to this visit for an additional $100 each area as needed.
