Liam is the founder and owner of Geared Performance. He is a Registered Massage Therapist who has many years of experience working with a wide variety of clients. He works with professional athletes, developing athletes, 9-5ers and elderly for multiple different impairments. He focuses on injury rehabilitation, biomechanics optimization and Overall Functional Performance to set his clients up for the best chance of success. He treats all his clients with the same high level of care and dedication, helping to improve their performance and quality of life. He graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Algonquin College in 2016 and continued his education through various courses and certifications. He offers a variety of services that you can find below! Growing up an avid sports enthusiast, he played any sport he could sign up for. His passion, as he grew older, was rugby. He had a long career and made it to the selection camp for team Canada. Unfortunately, his rugby career came to an end after suffering from numerous concussions. He has first hand knowledge of dealing with chronic injuries and pain that limit your ability to achieve your goals.
