I received my massage therapy education from Ashmead College in North Seattle in 2002. I spent many years practicing this skill before deciding to expand my scope of knowledge. In January of 2009, I moved to Pullman to pursue a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Athletic Training. After completion, I worked for WSU as the Certified Athletic Trainer caring for the Track & Field team. Not wanting to leave this area, I decided to join a local massage therapy clinic where I cared for the residents of this region for nearly ten years. Revitalize Massage & Bodywork is my new home.
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
