Ariel stepped into the world of massage with a little encouragement and a gentle nudge from her wonderful mother. She truly enjoys helping her clients reach and maintain their wellness goals through the art of massage therapy. Specializing in both therapeutic and relaxation techniques she is able to customize each client's massage to meet their individual needs. Ariel graduated from Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage and has been license by the State of Ohio Medical Board since 2012. She is currently pursuing a degree in exercise science at Cleveland State University as well as certification as a personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association. In 2023, Ariel completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification through YogaMu. In 2024, she became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance. She is also a Certified Associated Bodywork and Massage Professional member. When she is not at the office or at school, Ariel enjoys spending time outdoors hiking. She also enjoys exercise, yoga, reading and playing with her adorable pets.

Reflexology involves manipulation of specific reflex areas in the foot, hands, and ears that correspond to other parts of the body. This technique is used to reduce pain, increase relaxation, and stimulate circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids.
