Johnston Family Acupuncture
Originally from Connecticut, Courtney earned her bachelor’s degree at St. Lawrence University in New York where she majored in anthropology and minored in British literature. She received her master’s degree in acupuncture from the New England School of Acupuncture at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences where she specialized in both Chinese and Japanese acupuncture styles. Courtney has interned as an acupuncturist at both Massachusetts General Hospital and Cambridge Hospital , where she worked closely with both patients and practitioners to help bring acupuncture into mainstream treatment plans for a variety of conditions. She specializes in women’s health, fertility, and sports medicine. Her orthopedic acupuncture styles as well as her integrated, holistic approach helps her patients modify their diets, lifestyles and exercise habits to maximize their health and healing.
