Clara completed a 5-year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto. Following her fifth year, she spent a year studying the inter-rater reliability in visceral palpation and defended her thesis at the end of 2017. Her passion for helping people heal is what led her to seek out alternative medicine. Prior to beginning her osteopathic journey, she completed her undergraduate program at the University of Guelph in the Human Kinetics program with Honours. Clara helped rehabilitate patients through stretches and strength training for 11 years before embarking on her osteopathic career. Clara has a very holistic approach to each and every treatment, starting with the assessment. Each treatment will be dedicated to creating more vitality and guidance for the body to heal itself through different techniques such as muscle energy, osteoarticular manipulation, visceral manipulation, cranial-sacral therapy, and much more. Her osteopathic interests include cranial palpation along with visceral manipulation. She has dedicated her career to helping patients return to their daily functional activities and hopefully achieve a pain-free life.
