Jake is an OSTCAN certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where he completed four years of training in anatomy, physiology, classical osteopathic principles, and hands-on clinical care. His treatments are built on a simple idea: help the body work the way it’s designed to, without excessive force or guesswork. Jake works by closely observing how each person’s body moves and holds tension, applying a gentle and precise approach to correct what’s out of sync. No two treatments are the same, and nothing is done without a clear reason. He treats the body as an integrated mechanical system and focuses on restoring proper movement where it has been lost—trusting that a well-moving body is, at its core, a healthy one. His goal is to help people get back to doing what they love with more ease, fewer symptoms, and greater resilience. Outside the clinic, Jake enjoys strength training, exploring the outdoors with his family, and eating good food.
