Dr. Lau is a Naturopathic Doctor at Align Health Centre who is determined to make a difference in our community. His athletic upbringing instilled in him a deep appreciation for teamwork, perseverance, and dedication; values that are clearly reflected in his approach to practice. With a special interest in the aging population, he has a focus on senior care and supporting older adults as they work towards maintaining their vitality and quality of life. Working with Dr. Lau means looking at the big picture and tailoring care to meet the specific needs of each individual. In his free time, he usually finds himself playing or watching soccer, making a mess in the kitchen as he attempts to recreate his favourite meals, or hanging out with friends.
