Advanced Therapeutic Massage is recommended for the following indications: Postural Imbalances, Soft Tissue Dysfunction, Functional Movement Dysfunction, Range of Motion Limitations, and Pain caused by Soft Tissue/Muscular Dysfunction. Treatment may include the following modalities based on indications: Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot or Cold Therapy, Active and/or Passive stretching.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. Spot Treatments are the only option offered at the 30/45 minute session. Full Body will require a minimum of a 60-minute session.
