Tim is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. He was born and raised in Aurora and is a graduate of Dr. G.W Williams Secondary. Tim delivers high-quality traditional therapeutic massage. He especially likes working with individuals experiencing postural dysfunction, shoulder injuries, back pain, TMJ-related tension, chronic muscular tightness, and training or work-related strain. Rather than chasing symptoms, Tim focuses on identifying underlying contributors to pain and restriction. His treatments integrate targeted deep tissue techniques, myofascial work, and movement-based strategies designed to restore balance and improve long-term function. His long-term goal is to continue developing a more sports-focused treatment approach that blends performance-based care with clinical precision. Tim is also trained in assisted PNF stretching, and likes to incorporate mobility-based techniques to improve range of motion and support long-term function. Tim holds himself to a high standard of practice and is committed to continuous skill development. He approaches each session with focus, intention, and a problem-solving mindset — ensuring patients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their progress. His goal is simple: identify the issue, address it with precision, and help you move forward stronger. Tim resides in the Newmarket/Aurora area with his wife. He is fluent in Lao, allowing him to provide clear communication and comfortable care for Lao-speaking patients.
