I have been in the massage and body care world for over 16 years. As a therapist, I like to focus on your overall health and wellbeing. I want to help you get your body working, the way it should. My style can be described as a "button finder". I want to determine what's causing the pain, where it is originating from, and work to get you feeling better. During our session, I will use stretching techniques, percussion tools, CBD ointments, and various massage techniques to accomplish your goals. I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Reflexology, Shiatzu, Aromatherpy, and Medical massage. On a pressure scale, I can go med-firm pressure.
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Appointment includes 50 minutes of hands-on massage time.
