I have been in the massage and body care world for over 16 years. As a therapist, I like to focus on your overall health and wellbeing. I want to help you get your body working, the way it should. My style can be described as a "button finder". I want to determine what's causing the pain, where it is originating from, and work to get you feeling better. During our session, I will use stretching techniques, percussion tools, CBD ointments, and various massage techniques to accomplish your goals. I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Reflexology, Shiatzu, Aromatherpy, and Medical massage. On a pressure scale, I can go med-firm pressure.
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.Appointment includes 50 minutes of hands-on massage time.
