Daniel has been involved with movement and exercise his whole life. Growing up he played every sport imaginable and often had to deal with various injuries. It wasn't until he found the healing benefits of massage therapy and proper movement/exercise that his life was changed. This brought more happiness to his life and now wants to share what he has learned with others. He enjoys working with athletes, people dealing with acute/chronic pain, or people just looking to get the most out of their bodies.
Advanced sessions can range from overall tune-up work and recovery therapies to specific pain pattern management. The more clinically focused sessions may include orthopedic, physical, and lifestyle assessments (as needed) to determine root causes of pain patterns. These sessions will also provide an array of manual therapy styles and techniques as well as self care coaching for stress and pain management, and for enhancing performance and recovery.
